Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment is processed via Stripe.

The following applies in case of cancellation:

• More than 21 days before the course start: full refund
• Between 21 and 8 days before the course start: 50% refund
• 7 days or less before the course start: no refund

If we need to cancel the course due to weather conditions, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, the full course fee will be refunded.

Each course has a minimum participant requirement. If the minimum number is not reached, the course may be canceled on short notice, typically one to two business days before the course start. In such cases, the full course fee will be refunded.

Information about cancellations will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
