  reception at the agreed time. A theoretical / practical introduction to 
 UNIS shore bag (safety equipment)\, flotation suits and survival suits wi
 ll be given before we suit up and head to the harbor. At the harbor we wi
 ll try the suits and do some exercises to practice swimming in a survival
  suit.\n\n\n \n\n\nWhat to bring:\n\n\n\nExtra set of clothing\n\n\n\n 
 \n\n\nObjectives:\n\n\n\nLearn how to use survival and floatation suits 
 \n\nPractical exercise in water \n\nIntroduction to the shore bag  \n\
 n\n\n \n\n\nAfter the lesson\, the students shall:\n\n\n\nKnow how to we
 ar the suits correctly \n\nHave learnt basic techniques for swimming/flo
